A method of controlling water supply path of washing machine and washing machine configured to perform the method thereof

In accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure, a washing machine includes: a washing tub; a water supply part connected to an external water source; a front door part; at least one hose forming a first water supply path and a second water supply path connected to the water supply part to supply water to the washing tub; a first valve; and a second valve, wherein the first water supply path supplies water into the washing tub, the second water supply path supplies water to a front part of the washing tub, the first valve is connected to the water supply part, the washing tub and the second valve to form the first water supply path and the second water supply path, and the second valve is connected to the first valve and the front part of the washing tub to form the second water supply path.
