Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar locking device of a one-touch coupler for joining reinforcing bars which can secure the stability of a building by satisfying a residual strain of 0.3 mm or lower. According to the present invention, the reinforcing bar locking device of a one-touch coupler for joining reinforcing bars comprises: a plurality of coupler housings having an inlet formed on one end thereof and allowing a reinforcing bar to be inserted thereinto, a tapered part of which the inner diameter becomes gradually larger toward the opposite side of the inlet from the inlet, and first screw threads formed on the inner or outer circumferential surface of another end thereof; a joint member arranged between the plurality of coupler housings, and having second screw threads formed on the outer or inner circumferential surface of both ends thereof and helically coupled to the first screw threads of the coupler housings to connect the plurality of coupler housings to each other; a plurality of part bodies inserted into the coupler housings, wherein the outer surface thereof is formed to be inclined at an angle corresponding to the tapered part of the coupler housings to stick to the tapered part, and a plurality of locking grooves are arranged on the inner surface thereof at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction and allowing the ribs of a reinforcing bar to be stopped and supported thereon; and a compression spring arranged between one end of the part bodies and the joint member to elastically support the part bodies on the joint member. The locking grooves of the part bodies have a shape corresponding to the ribs of the reinforcing bar and are arranged at a pitch of 1/n (n is an integer higher than or equal to 2) of the pitch (P_0) of the ribs of the reinforcing bar. 본 발명은 잔류변형량 0.3㎜ 이하를 만족하여 건축물의 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 철근이음용 원터치 커플러의 철근 록킹장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 철근이음용 원터치 커플러의 철근 록킹장치는, 일단부에 철근이 삽입되는 입구가 형성되어 있고, 입구에서부터 입구의 반대편으로 갈수록 점진적으로 내경이 커지는 테이퍼부가 형성되어 있으며, 다른 일단부의 내주면 또는 외주면에 제1나사산이 형성되어 있는 복수의 커플러하우징과; 상기 복수의 커플러하우징 사이에 배치되며, 양측 단부의 외주면 또는 내주면에 커플러하우징의 제1나사산과 나선 결합되는 제2나사산이 형성되어, 복수의 커플러하우징을 서로 연결하는 조인트부재; 상기 커플러하우징의 내부에 각각 삽입되며, 외면이 상기 커플러하우징의 테이퍼부와 대응하는 각도로 경사지게 형성되어 테이퍼부와 밀착되고, 내면에 철근의 마디가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수개의 록킹홈이 길이방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 배열되어 있는 복수개의 편체; 및, 상기 편체의 일단부와 조인트부재 사이에 배치되어 편체를 조인트부재에 대하여 탄력적으로 지지하는 압축스프링;을 포함하며, 상기 편체의 록킹홈은 철근의 마디와 상응하는 형태를 가지며, 철근의 마디의 피치(pitch)(P0)의 1/n 피치(여기서 n은 2 이상의 정수)로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
