The present invention provides a secondary battery which, as a pouch-type secondary battery accommodating an electrode assembly, containing an electrode tab, in the inside of a pouch case and sealed, and comprises: an electrode lead withdrawing unit which has an electrode lead connected to the electrode tab withdrawn on at least one surface of the pouch case; and a disconnection of wire preventing member which is formed on at least one surface of a top surface and a bottom surface of a connection unit, having the electrode tab and the electrode lead connected, in the inside of the pouch case of the at least one surface having the electrode lead withdrawing unit. The disconnection of wire preventing member comprises one side end portion bonded with an inner surface of the pouch case of the electrode lead withdrawing unit and the other side end portion extended from the one side end portion along the inner surface of the pouch case and covers the connection unit where the electrode tab and the electrode lead are connected.
