Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a cokes-mixed mortar composition, which applies coke as fine powder and fine aggregate to generate heat by supply of electricity, thereby being applied to road surfaces to prevent black ice and the like, and to an electric heating mortar structure using the same. The present invention provides a cokes-mixed mortar composition, in which finely powdered cokes is added in an amount of 2 to 5 wt% with respect to cement and fine cokes aggregate is mixed by substitution of 20 to 30 wt% with respect to the fine aggregate under a mixing condition in which cement, fine aggregate, and water are mixed to implement the physical properties of flexural strength of 4.5 MPa or more at 28 days and mortar flow of 180 to 200 mm. In addition, the present invention provides a plate-shaped structure formed by curing the cokes-mixed mortar composition, in which a plurality of linear electrodes are embedded in parallel at equal intervals within the structure. 본 발명은 코크스를 미분말과 잔골재로 적용하여 전기 공급에 의해 발열하는 "코크스 혼합 모르타르 조성물"과 이를 이용한 "전기 발열 모르타르 구조체"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「시멘트, 잔골재 및 물의 혼합으로 재령 28일 휨강도 4.5 MPa 이상, 모르타르 플로우 180~200 ㎜의 물성이 발현되는 배합조건에서, 코크스 미분말이 상기 시멘트 대비 2~5 wt% 외할 첨가되고, 코크스 잔골재가 상기 잔골재 대비 20~30 wt% 치환 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 혼합 모르타르 조성물」을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 「전술한 코크스 혼합 모르타르 조성물의 양생에 의해 형성되는 판상 구조체로서, 상기 구조체 내에 복수의 선형 전극이 등간격으로 평행하게 매립된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 발열 모르타르 구조체」를 함께 제공한다.
