The present invention relates to an unmanned guided vehicle for operator tracking. The unmanned guided vehicle for the operator tracking according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a main body which travels at the rear while maintaining a set distance from an operator; a laser irradiating unit provided in the main body and irradiating a laser toward the operator located at the front; and a control unit which controls the laser irradiating unit to operate depending on whether the operator is present at the front.
