Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, disclosed are a flame-retardant plastic material and a preparation method thereof, which has flame retardancy and mechanical properties improved by optimizing plastic material components. The flame-retardant plastic material according to one embodiment of the present invention is a flame-retardant plastic material comprising a polypropylene resin, magnesium hydroxide, a melamine-based resin, talc, rubber, and a coupling agent, wherein the flame-retardant plastic material includes 30 to 45 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide and 8 to 20 parts by weight of talc, based on 100 parts by weight of the flame-retardant plastic material and may have tensile strength of 130 to 600 kgf/cm^2.
본 명세서에서는, 플라스틱 소재 성분을 최적화하여 난연성 및 기계적 물성을 향상시킨, 난연 플라스틱 소재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 난연 플라스틱 소재는, 폴리 프로필렌 수지, 수산화마그네슘, 멜라민계 수지, 활석(talc), 고무 및 커플링 에이전트를 포함하는 난연 플라스틱 소재 조성물로서, 난연 플라스틱 소재 100 중량부를 기준으로, 수산화마그네슘 30 내지 45 중량부 및 활석(talc) 8 내지 20 중량부를 포함하고, 인장강도가 130 내지 600 kgf/cm2 일 수 있다. |
