Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a high-voltage forced discharge device that can lower a price while reducing a size of a discharge circuit. The high-voltage forced discharge device comprises: a connection element connected to a battery; and a controller configured to generate an operation command based on a level of a high voltage from the battery and a capacity of the connection element and apply the operation command to a motor through a power converting unit to forcibly discharge the high voltage in the connection element. 방전회로의 사이즈를 줄이면서도 가격을 낮출 수 있는 고전압 강제 방전 장치가 개시된다. 상기 고전압 강제 방전 장치는, 배터리에 연결되는 연결소자, 및 상기 배터리로부터의 고전압의 레벨과 상기 연결소자의 용량에 기반하여 동작 지령을 생성하고, 상기 동작 지령을 전력 변환부를 통해 모터에 인가하여 상기 연결소자에 있는 상기 고전압을 강제 방전하는 전류 제어를 실행하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
