Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an electric compressor including: a housing; a compression mechanism which compresses refrigerant inside the housing; a motor which generates power necessary for the compression mechanism; a rotating shaft transmitting power from the motor to the compression mechanism; a bearing supporting the rotating shaft; and an elastic member for pressing the rotating shaft toward the compression mechanism. Accordingly, by suppressing axial vibration of the rotating shaft during operation, an increase in noise can be suppressed and damage to the bearing supporting the rotating shaft can be prevented. 본 발명은 전동 압축기에 관한 것으로서, 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에서 냉매를 압축하는 압축기구; 상기 압축기구에 필요한 동력을 발생시키는 모터; 상기 모터의 동력을 상기 압축기구로 전달하는 회전축; 상기 회전축을 지지하는 베어링; 및 상기 회전축을 상기 압축기구 측으로 가압하기 위한 탄성부재;를 포함함에 따라, 운전 중 상기 회전축의 축 방향 진동을 억제하여, 소음 증가를 억제하고, 상기 회전축을 지지하는 베어링의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
