AUTOMATED PACKAGING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SECONDARY BATTERY

The present invention is an automatic packaging facility for secondary batteries, comprising: an aligner that fills and aligns secondary batteries in a receiving part of an alignment tray; an internal packaging machine for packaging the secondary batteries filled in the alignment tray by inserting the same into an internal packaging material in an aligned state; a cover tray inserter for fixing and protecting the secondary batteries in the aligned state by placing a cover tray on top of the secondary batteries inserted into the internal packaging material; and an external packaging machine that assembles a packaging box to surround the outside of the internal packaging material including the cover tray, thereby capable of reducing a work time and increasing work efficiency. 본 발명은 이차전지 자동포장설비로서, 정렬 트레이의 수용부에 이차전지를 채워서 정렬시키는 정렬기; 상기 정렬 트레이에 채워진 이차전지를 정렬된 상태로 내부 포장재에 삽입하여 포장하는 내부 포장기; 상기 내부 포장재에 삽입된 이차전지의 상부에 커버 트레이를 씌워서 상기 이차전지를 정렬된 상태로 고정하고 보호하는 커버 트레이 삽입기; 및 상기 커버 트레이가 포함된 내부 포장재의 외부를 감싸게 포장박스를 조립하는 외부 포장기를 포함한다.
