Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for discriminating the contamination of non-steamed mature silkworm in steamed mature silkworm using UV-VIS spectroscopy, and the method of the present invention collects and analyzes the absorption spectrum of suspected steamed mature silkworm sample in a specific range and quickly and accurately determines the contamination of non-steamed mature silkworm and the degree, thereby being useful for producing steamed mature silkworm with high purity. Furthermore, steamed mature silkworm food labeled with false content can be discriminated among food using steamed mature silkworm, thereby contributing to the management of distribution of safe food that is reliable for consumers.
본 발명은 UV-VIS 분광광도계를 이용한 홍잠 내 비홍잠의 혼입여부 판별 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법은 의심되는 홍잠 시료의 특정 영역 대에서의 흡수스펙트럼을 수집 및 분석하여, 신속하고 정확하게 비홍잠의 혼입 여부 및 수준 판별이 가능하므로, 순도가 높은 홍잠의 제조에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 나아가 홍잠을 이용한 식품 중 허위 함량으로 표시한 홍잠 식품을 판별할 수 있어, 소비자가 신뢰할 수 있도록 안전한 식품의 유통 관리에 크게 기여할 수 있다. |
