Open type door apparatus for a building maintenance unit

The present invention relates to an open-type door device for building maintenance equipment that has an open structure with a simple structure to prevent damage to a door itself and at the same time reduce safety risks during storage or operation of a device. In the door device designed to open and close a front opening (12) of equipment installation space (11) for the operation or storage of building maintenance equipment (20) installed on the equipment installation space (11) formed at a certain height of the building (10), the open type door device for building maintenance equipment comprises: a door frame (31) installed on the front opening (12) side; a pair of guide shafts or guide rails (32) extending up and down on both left and right sides of the door frame (31); a first transverse bar (33) extending horizontally to transverse the front opening (12) with both ends coupled to the guide shaft or guide rail (32); a second transverse bar (34) arranged vertically and parallel to the first transverse bar (33); and a driving means (40) installed on one side of the door frame (31) to lift and drive each of the transverse bars (33, 34). 본 발명은 간단한 구성에 의한 개방구조로 이루어져 도어 자체의 손상을 미연에 방지함과 동시에 장치의 보관이나 작동과정에서의 안전상의 위험을 줄일 수 있도록 된 빌딩유지보수장비용 오픈형 도어장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 건물(10)의 일정 높이에 형성되는 장비설치공간(11) 상에 설치된 빌딩유지보수장비(20)의 작동이나 보관을 위해 장비설치공간(11)의 전면개구부(12)를 개폐하도록 된 도어장치에 있어서; 상기 전면개구부(12) 측에 설치되는 도어프레임(31)과; 상기 도어프레임(31)의 좌우 양측에 상하로 연장되는 한 쌍의 가이드축 또는 가이드레일(32)과; 상기 가이드축 또는 가이드레일(32) 상에 양단이 결합된 상태로 상기 전면개구부(12)를 횡단하도록 수평 연장되는 제1 횡단바아(33)와; 상기 제1 횡단바아(33)에 대한 상하로 나란하게 배치되는 제2 횡단바아(34)와; 상기 도어프레임(31)의 일측에 설치되어 상기 각 횡단바아(33,34)를 승강 구동하도록 된 구동수단(40)을 포함하는 빌딩유지보수장비용 오픈형 도어장치가 제공된다.
