Zusammenfassung: | One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the omnidirectional yield strength of the electrical steel sheet is improved by increasing the amount of shot balls for scale removal and securing fine grains after annealing of a cold rolled sheet. A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises 2.0 to 6.5 wt% of Si, 0.1 to 1.3 wt% of Al, 0.3 to 2.0 wt% of Mn and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein grains whose particle diameter is 10 % or less of the sheet thickness have an area fraction of 10.0 % to 35.0 % and a number fraction of 15 % to 54 %.
