Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a sandwich steel sheet having vibration damping and insulation properties and a method for manufacturing the same. A sandwich steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first steel sheet and a second steel sheet; a resin layer disposed between the first steel sheet and the second steel sheet; and a foamed pore layer on the surface of either the first steel sheet or the second steel sheet that is not adjacent to the resin layer, wherein a plurality of protrusions are formed on the surface of the first steel sheet adjacent to the resin layer, and the resin layer has a thickness of 20 to 60 μm. 본 발명은 제진 특성 및 단열 특성을 갖는 샌드위치 강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
