Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a stacker crane and a load truck transport system including the same. The stacker crane according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a crane main body unit of a hexahedral frame structure which is fixed to a side part of a movement rail, has a predetermined length up and down, and is arranged to face each other; a lift unit coupled to the crane main body unit and capable of moving vertically and horizontally to lift a load truck; and a coupling unit provided at the interior of the crane main body unit to enable movement of the lift unit. Provided is the stacker crane, which can prevent a tipping accident and shorten a work time. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스태커 크레인은 이동레일의 측부에 고정되되 상하로 소정의 길이를 가지며 서로 마주하도록 배치되는 육면체형 프레임 구조의 크레인 본체유닛, 상기 크레인 본체유닛에 결합되며 적재대차의 양중을 위해 수직방향 및 수평방향으로 이동 가능한 리프트유닛 및 상기 리프트유닛의 이동이 가능하도록 상기 크레인 본체유닛의 내부에 구비되는 결합유닛을 포함한다.
