Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides low-carbon spheroidal alloy steel, which can satisfy the required properties of spheroidization and a heat treatment on low-carbon alloy steel, can reduce the heat treatment time, and can have excellent spheroidization and heat treatment efficiency and reduced production time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing low-carbon spheroidal alloy steel comprises: manufacturing a hot-rolled material by hot rolling a semi-finished product comprising, by wt%, carbon (C): 0.17 to 0.23 wt%, silicon (Si): 0.15 to 0.35 wt%, manganese (Mn): 0.55 to 0.90 wt%, chromium (Cr): 0.85 to 1.25 wt%, nickel (Ni): greater than 0 to 0.25 wt%, copper (Cu): greater than 0 to 0.3 wt%, phosphorus (P): greater than 0 to 0.02 wt%, sulfur (S): 0.005 to 0.035 wt%, and the remainder of iron (Fe) and other unavoidable impurities; spheroidizing and thermally treating the hot-rolled material at a temperature of greater than A1 to A1+20℃; and cooling the spheroidized and thermally treated hot-rolled material.
