Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an absorbable collagen membrane, which comprises the steps of: swelling insoluble collagen in an acid solution to a concentration of 0.5 to 1.0 wt%; forming the membrane; salting the solution with a salt solution; crosslinking a salt-treated membrane molded product using a crosslinking agent; and washing the cross-linked membrane, and to an absorbable collagen membrane manufactured by the method. The absorbable collagen membrane of the present invention has the advantage of not being toxic due to cross-linking agent residues or degradation products during decomposition. 본 발명은 비수용성 콜라겐을 0.5 ~ 1.0 wt%의 농도가 되도록 산용액에 팽윤시키는 단계 멤브레인 성형 단계;상기 용액을 염용액으로 염처리하는 단계;상기 염처리가 수행된 멤브레인 성형물을 가교제를 이용하여 가교하는 단계; 및 상기 가교된 멤브레인을 세척하는 세척 단계를 포함하는 흡수성 콜라겐 멤브레인의 제조 방법 및 그 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 흡수성 콜라겐 멤브레인에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 흡수성 콜라겐 멤브레인은 분해 중 가교제 잔류물이나 분해 산물에 의한 독성을 가지지 않는 장점이 있다.
