Zusammenfassung:Embodiments of the present invention relate to titanium ultrathin materials and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing ultrathin titanium material according to an embodiment may comprise the steps of: preparing titanium raw material with an oxygen content of 600 ppm or less; manufacturing an ultrathin material by rolling the titanium raw material; and heat treating the rolled ultrathin titanium material. Thus, the present invention can provide the titanium ultrathin material with excellent elongation and formability. 본 실시예들은, 타이타늄 극박재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 일 실시예에 따른 타이타늄 극박재 제조 방법은, 산소 함량이 600ppm 이하인 타이타늄 원소재를 준비하는 단계; 상기 타이타늄 원소재를 압연하여 극박재를 제조하는 단계; 그리고 상기 압연된 타이타늄 극박재를 열처리하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
