Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for activating chemical reactions using plasma expanded by dual high-frequency, which can expand the bulk of plasma using dual high-frequency and activate chemical reactions of a sample through induced electric heating. According to the apparatus and method for activating chemical reactions using plasma expanded by dual high-frequency according to the present invention, by selectively heating only a catalyst sample through selective induced electric heating, it is possible to lower the overall operation temperature of a chamber and effectively apply energy needed for thermochemical reaction. In addition, by exposing the catalyst sample to a plasma environment with high electric density, the chemical potential involving in catalyst action can be reduced. 본 발명은 이중의 고주파수를 이용하여 플라즈마의 벌크를 확장하고, 유도전기가열을 통해 샘플의 화학반응을 활성화시킬 수 있는 이중 고주파수에 의해 확장된 플라즈마를 이용한 화학반응 활성화 장치 및 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이중 고주파수에 의해 확장된 플라즈마를 이용한 화학반응 활성화 장치 및 방법에 의하면 선택적 유도전기가열을 통해 촉매 샘플 만을 가열함으로써, 챔버의 작동 온도를 전체적으로 낮출 수 있으며 열화학적 반응에 필요한 에너지를 효율적으로 인가할 수 있다. 또한 촉매 샘플을 높은 전자 밀도의 플라즈마 환경에 노출시킴으로써 촉매 작용에 관여하는 화학 포텐셜을 감소시킬 수 있다.
