Zusammenfassung: | A spot welding method of a laminated composite panel according to the present invention comprises: a bending step in which a laminated composite panel made of a first metal material, a second metal material, and a non-metallic material disposed between the first metal material and the second metal material is bent and deformed so that the first metal material is bent toward the second metal material; a first contact step of bringing the first metal material of the laminated composite panel into contact with one surface of a first metal panel; and a first welding step of spot welding the laminated composite panel and the first metal panel by contacting and pressing a welding electrode on an exposed surface of the first metal material bent toward the second metal material and the other surface of the first metal panel, respectively, thereby capable of bonding the laminated composite panel to a metal panel without any additional processes such as removing non-metallic layers or inserting metal pieces.
본 발명에 따른 적층복합패널의 점용접방법은, 제1 금속소재, 제2 금속소재, 및 상기 제1 금속소재와 제2 금속소재 사이에 배치된 비금속소재로 적층된 적층복합패널을, 상기 제1 금속소재가 상기 제2 금속소재 측으로 굽혀지도록 굽힘변형시키는 굽힘단계; 상기 적층복합패널의 제1 금속소재를 제1 금속패널의 일면과 맞대어 접촉시키는 제1 접촉단계; 및 상기 제2 금속소재 측으로 굽혀진 상기 제1 금속소재의 노출면과, 상기 제1 금속패널의 타면, 각각에 용접전극을 접촉가압하여 상기 적층복합패널과 제1 금속패널을 점용접하는 제1 용접단계;를 포함한다. |
