The objective of the present invention is to provide a rotational multi-channel fluorescent scanner for shortening scanning time by applying a new operating method for rotating a slide and linearly moving a scan head. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a rotational multi-channel fluorescent scanner enabling a slide to be stably mounted on and removed from a rotating device, and enabling the slide to be stably mounted during rotation.
