Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a collision determination device and a vehicle having the same to determine a collision by estimating lateral collision force and collision moment even when changing the lane as well as when maintaining the lane. The collision determination device includes: a communication unit which communicates with a plurality of sensors; and a processor which identifies the lateral collision force and collision moment generated in a vehicle based on detection information from the plurality of sensors received by the communication unit, and determines whether the vehicle has collided based on the identified lateral collision force and collision moment. 본 발명은 충돌 판장 장치 및 그를 가지는 차량에 관한 것이다. 충돌 판단 장치는, 복수 개의 센서들과 통신을 수행하는 통신부; 및 통신부에 의해 수신된 복수 개의 센서들의 검출 정보에 기초하여 차량에 발생한 횡방향 충돌력 및 충돌 모멘트를 인식하고, 인식한 횡방향 충돌력 및 충돌 모멘트에 기초하여 차량의 충돌 여부를 판단하는 프로세서를 포함한다.
