TEST DEVICE FOR MEASURING SYNCHRONIZATION ERRORS BETWEEN CLUSTERS IN A CELLULAR NETWORK

A test device may be a portable test device capable of performing over-the-air measurement to determine a synchronization error between clusters of a cellular network.
