Multifunctional composite winding device and pressure vessel winding molding method using the same

The present invention relates to a multifunctional composite winding device and a manufacturing method for a pressure vessel using the same. The multifunctional composite winding device is capable of conducting, in one device, the existing process of winding a rubber strip and a composite material using a plurality of winding devices and performing reinforcement works in the axial direction of a mandrel, thereby significantly reducing installation space and installation cost and maximizing the efficiency of a molding process. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a mandrel-supporting part which supports the mandrel to be rotatable; a guide rail which is disposed in front of the mandrel-supporting part; a bogie which is installed on the guide rail and moves along the axial direction of the mandrel; a rubber-strip winding part which is mounted on one side of the bogie and winds a rubber strip on the surface of the mandrel; and a composite-material winding part which is mounted on the other side of the bogie and winds a composite material on the surface of the wound rubber strip. 본 발명은 기존 복수의 와인딩 장치를 이용하여 고무 스트립 및 복합소재를 와인딩하는 과정은 물론, 맨드릴의 축방향으로 보강작업을 모두 하나의 장치에서 수행할 수 있고, 그로 인해 설치 공간 및 설비 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있으며, 성형 공정의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 다기능 복합 와인딩 장치 및 이를 이용한 압력용기 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 맨드릴을 회전가능하도록 지지하는 맨드릴 지지부와; 상기 맨드릴 지지부의 전방에 배치되는 가이드레일과; 상기 가이드레일 상에 설치되어 상기 맨드릴의 축방향을 따라 이동하는 대차와; 상기 대차의 일측에 탑재되며 고무 스트립을 상기 맨드릴 표면에 와인딩하는 고무 스트립 와인딩부와; 상기 대차의 타측에 탑재되며 복합소재를 와인딩된 고무 스트립을 표면에 와인딩하는 복합소재 와인딩부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
