The mental and physical stability system using the vehicle according to the present invention includes a moving vehicle, a content providing part that is arranged in a space within the moving vehicle to provide contents, a realistic effect providing part that provides realistic effects in conjunction with the contents, and a biosignal analysis part that acquires and analyzes biosignals of a user watching the contents and provides results. 본 발명은 차량을 이용한 심신안정 시스템 및 그 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차량을 이용한 심신안정 시스템은 이동 차량과, 이동 차량 내 공간에 배치되어 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 제공부와, 콘텐츠와 연동되어 실감 효과를 제공하는 실감 효과 제공부 및 콘텐츠를 시청하는 사용자의 생체 신호를 획득하고 분석하여 결과를 제공하는 생체 신호 분석부를 포함한다.
