Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composite material of metal and non-metal and a heat dissipation part made of the composite material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composite material containing a structure in which diamond particles having excellent thermal conductivity are dispersed within a metal matrix, and in particular, to a highly reliable composite material which can maintain excellent heat dissipation characteristics even in military, aviation, and space environments where harsh thermal cycles are applied, and a heat dissipation part comprising the composite material. 본 발명은 금속과 비금속의 복합재료와 이 복합재료로 구성된 방열부품에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 금속 기지 내에 열전도성이 우수한 다이아몬드 입자가 분산된 구조를 포함하는 복합재료로, 특히 가혹한 열 사이클이 가해지는 군사, 항공 및 우주 등의 사용 환경에서도 우수한 방열특성을 유지할 수 있는 고신뢰성의 복합재료와 이 복합재료를 포함하는 방열부품에 관한 것이다.
