Apparatus for removing EVA from tempered glass of waste solar panel and method thereof

The present invention relates to an adhesive removal device and method for tempered glass, which remove residual EVA adhesive with a polishing pad after heating the surface of tempered glass with steam. The adhesive removal device for tempered glass of the present invention comprises: a transfer unit (10) equipped with a roller to move the tempered glass (1) separated from a waste solar panel; a steam preprocessing unit (20) which sprays steam on the tempered glass; a polishing unit (30) equipped with a pad (31) and a motor (32) to separate adhesive (2) remaining on the tempered glass from the tempered glass; a steam post-processing unit (40) which sprays steam on the tempered glass; and a suction unit (50) which suctions and removes the separated adhesive (2). 본 발명은 강화유리 표면을 스팀으로 가열한 후 연마패드로 잔류 EVA 접착제를 제거하는 강화유리의 접착제 제거장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
