A wearable electronic device including an antenna, according to various embodiments of the present invention, may comprise: a housing; a printed circuit board disposed within the housing and including a wireless communication module and a ground portion; and an antenna disposed within the housing and electrically connected to the wireless communication module, wherein: the antenna comprises a conductive pattern, a power feeding member which is electrically connected to the wireless communication module through a feeding point and electrically connects a first point of the conductive pattern to a first point of the ground portion, a short-circuiting member which electrically connects a second point of the conductive pattern to a second point of the ground portion, and a capacitive loading member which is disposed between the power feeding member and the short-circuiting member, has a first portion operatively coupled to a third point of the conductive pattern, and has a second portion electrically connected to a third point of the ground portion; and the antenna supports Bluetooth (BT), wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi), and/or ultra-wideband (UWB) frequency bands.
