Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a preparation method of a cut flower life extension agent, wherein a Gardenia extract is prepared and the extract is mixed with water and trace element components. The preparation method of a cut flower life extension agent according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing 1 to 10 parts by weight of Gardenia extract powder with 100 parts by weight of water to prepare a Gardenia composition; homogenizing the Gardenia composition with a homogenizer for 15 to 30 minutes, filtering the same through a filter, adjusting the Gardenia composition to pH 2.8 to 3.5, and then sterilizing the same in a sterilizer at 115 to 125℃ for 10 to 20 minutes; and diluting the Gardenia composition with water that is 30 to 20 times more than the sterilized Gardenia composition. In addition, when a trace element was added to the Gardenia composition, the life of cut flowers were further extended. Accordingly, in preparing the Gardenia composition by mixing the Gardenia extract powder, 0.05 to 0.2 part by weight of boric acid or 0.3 to 0.5 part by weight of EDTA-Zn was added to 100 parts by weight of the Gardenia composition to prepare the Gardenia composition of the present invention. According to the present invention, addition of trace elements including boric acid, EDTA-Zn, and sodium benzoate to the Gardenia extract further extends the life of cut flowers by inhibiting mold, enhancing physiological activity, and strengthening plant tissues.
본 발명은 치자 추출물을 제조하고 이를 물과 미량요소 성분을 혼합하여 절화수명연장제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 절화수명연장제는 물 100중량부에 치자 추출분말 1~10중량부를 혼합하여 치자조성물을 제조하고, 상기 치자조성물을 균질기로 15~30분 동안 균질화한 후 필터로 여과한 다음 치자조성물을 pH 2.8~3.5로 맞춘 다음 멸균기에서 115~125℃에서 10~20분 동안 멸균하였다. 상기 멸균한 치자조성물 대비 30~20배의 물을 상기 치자조성물에 희석하여 절화수명연장제즐 제조하였다. 또한 상기 치자조성물에 미량요소를 더 포함하는 경우 절화의 수명이 더 연장되는 효과가 있었다. 즉, 치자 추출분말을 혼합하여 치자조성물을 제조할 때 상기 치자조성물 100중량부에 붕산 0.05~0.2중량부 또는 EDTA-Zn 0.3~0.5중량부를 더 포함시켜 치자조성물을 제조하였다. 본 발명에 따르면 치자 추출물에 붕산, EDTA-Zn 및 소듐벤조에이트를 포함하는 미량요소를 포함하는 것으로 곰팡이 억제, 생리활성 및 식물 조직 강화를 통해 절화의 수명을 더욱 길게 연장할 수 있다. |
