Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a preparation method of a cut flower life extension agent, wherein Coptis roots are used to prepare a Coptis extract and the extract is mixed with trace element components. Coptis extract powder used in a Coptis composition of the present invention is obtained by mixing 10 to 30 parts by weight of dried Coptis roots with 100 parts by weight of a 50 to 70% ethanol solution and then storing the mixture in dark conditions at room temperature for 60 to 80 hours to perform filtration with filter paper and prepare a Coptis extract. The Coptis extract is concentrated by a concentration evaporator and then freeze-dried to prepare Coptis extract powder. In preparing the Coptis composition by mixing the Coptis extract powder, when trace elements were added to the Coptis composition, the lift of cut flowers was further extended. Accordingly, the Coptis composition of the present invention is prepared by adding 0.05 to 0.2 part by weight of boric acid, a trace element to 100 parts by weight of the Coptis composition or adding 0.3 to 0.5 part by weight of EDTA-Zn, a trace element or 0.3 to 0.7 part by weight of sodium benzoate to 100 parts by weight of the Coptis composition.
본 발명은 황련 뿌리를 이용하여 황련 추출물을 제조하고 이를 미량요소 성분을 혼합하여 절화수명연장제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 말명의 황련 조성물에 사용되는 황련 추출분말은 먼저 50%~70% 에탄올 용액 100중량부에 건조된 황련 뿌리 10~30중량부를 혼합한 다음 암조건 및 상온에서 60~80시간 동안 담가 보관한 다음 필터페이퍼로 여과하여 황련 추출물을 추출한다. 상기 황련 추출물은 농축증발기로 농축시킨 후 동결건조하여 황련 추출분말을 제조한다. 상기 황련 추출분말을 혼합하여 황련조성물을 제조할 때 황련조성물에 미량요소를 더 포함하는 경우 절화의 수명이 더 연장되는 효과가 있었다. 즉, 황련조성물 100중량부에 미량요소인 붕산 0.05~0.2중량부를 더 포함시켜 황련조성물을 제조하거나, 황련조성물 100중량부에 미량요소인 EDTA-Zn 0.3~0.5중량부 또는 소듐벤조에이트 0.3~0.7중량부를 더 포함시켜 황련 조성물을 제조한다. |
