Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method which eliminates the process of steaming or cooking rice (making hard-boiled rice) during the manufacturing process of RTD sweet rice drink beverages, sweet rice drink base products, and sweet rice drink saccharified liquid products that are raw materials for sweet rice drink beverages, making it possible to produce sweet rice drink with excellent sensory properties without a rice steaming facility, and thus the productivity can be also improved. 본 발명은 RTD 식혜음료, 식혜베이스 제품 및 식혜음료의 원료가 되는 식혜당화액 제품의 제조 과정 중 쌀을 증자하거나 취반(고두밥 제조)하는 공정을 없앰으로써 증미 설비 없이도 관능이 우수한 식혜를 제조할 수 있으며 생산성 또한 향상되는 방법에 관한 것이다.
