According to one embodiment disclosed in the present specification, an apparatus for filtering foreign substances installed on an outflow trough may comprise: an inner frame of which an upper end is coupled to the outflow trough; an outer frame which is arranged to surround the inner frame and is larger than the inner frame; an inner filter which is arranged to cover an outer surface of the inner frame; an outer filter which is arranged to cover an inner surface of the outer frame; a collection tray which is formed in a ring shape, has a ring-shaped inner end that makes contact with a lower end of the inner frame, has a ring-shaped outer end that makes contact with a lower end of the outer frame, and has a concave part in which the foreign substances are collected between the inner end and the outer end; and a sprayer which is installed to be adjacent to the inner frame or the outer frame and is configured to spray washing water toward the inner filter and the outer filter.
