Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition containing a cell-penetrating growth factor as an active ingredient for cell culture and proliferation, and more specifically, to a composition containing at least one of IntoCell-Noggin and IntoCell-HGF fusion proteins for culturing cells, promoting proliferation, promoting migration, or promoting wound healing. The composition containing IntoCell-Noggin and IntoCell-HGF fusion proteins, according to the present invention, promotes the proliferation of cells constituting hair, increases cell migration and promotes wound healing. Thus, the composition can be used as a core material for hair loss treatment. 본 발명은 세포 투과형 성장인자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포 배양, 증식을 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 세포투과형-노긴(IntoCell-Noggin) 및 세포투과형 간세포성장인자(IntoCell-HGF) 융합 단백질 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 세포 배양, 증식 촉진, 이동 촉진 또는 상처 치유 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 융합 단백질 세포투과형-노긴(IntoCell-Noggin) 및 세포투과형-HGF(IntoCell-HGF)를 포함하는 조성물은 모발을 구성하는 세포의 증식을 촉진하면서 세포 이동능(migration)을 증대시키고 상처 치유를 촉진하는 효과를 가짐으로써 탈모 치료제의 핵심소재로 활용될 수 있다.
