The present invention comprises: an external bag in which one side external packaging material (100) with a certain area and the other side external packaging material (200) are connected in contact along a lower part and left and right edges, excluding an upper part, an internal space is formed between the one side external packaging material (100) and the other side external packaging material (200), and an injection port through which water is injected is formed by opening upward in the internal space; an inner packaging material (300) connected in contact along the edges between the one side external packaging material (100) and the other side external packaging material (200), dividing the internal space of the external bag, and forming an accommodating space where packaged food (10) is accommodated in a lower part of the external bag; a heating unit (400) provided in the internal space of the external bag and making a reaction with water injected into the injection port of the external bag to generate heat; and a filter unit (500) provided at the injection port of the external bag and filtering the injected water.
