Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method and device for quarantine of imported ornamental fish through data preprocessing and deep neural network-based image detection and classification. According to the invention, a device for quarantine of imported ornamental fish through data preprocessing and deep neural network-based image detection and classification includes: a user terminal carried by a quarantine officer; and a processing server which receives data from the user terminal, integrates ornamental fish information in different formats, determines fish species and diseases based on a deep neural network, and automatically corrects errors contained in the text received from the user terminal. 본 발명은 데이터 전처리 및 심층신경망 기반 이미지 검출 및 분류를 통한 수입 관상어 검역을 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 데이터 전처리 및 심층신경망 기반 이미지 검출 및 분류를 통한 수입 관상어 검역을 위한 장치는 검역관이 소지하는 사용자 단말기 및 사용자 단말기로부터 데이터를 수신하여, 상이한 포맷의 관상어 정보를 통합하고, 심층신경망 기반으로 어종 및 질병 판단을 수행하며, 사용자 단말기로부터 수신한 텍스트에 포함된 오류를 자동 정정하는 처리 서버를 포함한다.
