Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a building information modeling (BIM)-grid maintenance system for an underground area of urban railways and a method thereof. The BIM-grid maintenance system manufactures a 3D model of an underground area of urban railways including tunnels, stations, etc., by using a BUM tool, divides a distance from a starting point and an end point by a predetermined interval to subdivide the same into a grid, a stereoscopic grid of a longitudinal section, and installs an Internet of things (IoT) sensor in a vulnerable section to measure three-dimensionally, thereby easily performing the maintenance of the underground area of urban railways. In addition, the system three-dimensionally manufactures underground structure configuration information and underground configuration information of the underground area of urban railways according to shape information, location information, and property information, to precisely identify cross-sections and locations of the underground area of urban railways. Moreover, the system three-dimensionally implements the shape information, location information, and property information to use the same in after construction and maintenance, thereby reducing accidents in construction and decreasing maintenance costs.
터널, 역사 등의 도시철도 지하공간을 빌딩정보모델링(BIM) 툴을 사용하여 3D 모델로 제작하고, 시점과 종점의 거리를 일정 간격으로 구분하여 종단면 입체 격자망인 그리드(Grid)로 세분화한 뒤 취약구간에 사물인터넷(IoT) 센서를 설치하여 입체적으로 계측함으로써 도시철도 지하공간을 용이하게 유지보수할 수 있으며, 또한, 도시철도 지하공간의 지하구조물 구성정보와 지하지반 구성정보를 형상정보, 위치정보 및 속성정보에 따라 3D로 제작함으로써 도시철도 지하공간의 단면과 위치를 정확하게 파악할 수 있고, 또한, 도시철도 지하공간에 대한 형상정보, 위치정보 및 속성정보를 3D로 구현하여 추후 시공 및 유지관리에 활용함으로써, 시공 시 사고 발생을 감소시키고 유지관리 비용을 절감시킬 수 있는, 도시철도 지하공간의 빔-그리드 유지관리 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다. |
