Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly of a fuel cell. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: forming an electrode catalyst layer (anode) by coating a first catalyst slurry on one side of an electrolyte membrane; forming an electrode catalyst layer (cathode) by coating a second catalyst slurry on one side of a first gas diffusion membrane; and attaching a second gas diffusion membrane to the electrode catalyst layer of the electrolyte membrane, and attaching the first gas diffusion membrane so that the electrode catalyst layer of the first gas diffusion membrane is in contact with a second side, which is the other side of the electrolyte membrane. According to the present invention, a manufacturing process is simplified while minimizing deformation of the electrolyte membrane, and manufacturing costs are reduced.
본 발명은 연료전지 막전극접합체 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 전해질막의 한쪽면인 제1 면에 제1 촉매슬러리를 코팅하여 전극촉매층(양극)을 형성하는 단계; 제1 가스확산막의 한쪽면에 제2 촉매슬러리를 코팅하여 전극촉매층(음극)을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 전해질막의 전극촉매층에 제2 가스확산막을 부착시키고, 상기 전해질막의 다른 한쪽면인 제2 면에 제1 가스확산막의 전극촉매층이 접촉되도록 제1 가스확산막을 부착시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전해질막의 변형을 최소화하면서 제작 공정을 간단하게 하고, 제작 단가를 감소시킨다. |
