The Braille translation device comprises: an image processor which scans the text of a book, stores the text as an image, and converts the same into Braille; and a Braille output device which communicates with the image processor, and provides data converted into Braille through the image processor so that a visually impaired person can read the data. 본 발명은 책의 텍스트를 스캔하여 이미지로 저장하고 점자 변환하는 이미지 처리기; 상기 이미지 처리기와 통신하고 상기 이미지 처리기를 통해 점자 변환된 데이터를 시각 장애인이 판독할 수 있도록 제공해주는 점자 출력기; 를 포함하는 점자 번역 장치가 제공될 수 있다.
