Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a floating wind condition measuring device, which is provided on one side of a sea buoy to generate wind data, measures the motion of the sea buoy to generate motion data, corrects the wind data using the motion data, and filters out mismeasurement data from the corrected wind data to clean the wind condition. The floating wind condition measuring device of the present invention comprises a lidar module, a motion detection module, and a control module. 본 발명은 해상 부이의 일측에 마련되어 풍황 데이터를 생성하고, 해상 부이의 움직임을 측정하여 모션 데이터를 생성하며, 모션 데이터를 이용하여 풍황 데이터를 보정하고, 보정된 풍황 데이터로부터 오측 데이터를 필터링하여 풍황 데이터를 정제하는, 부유식 풍황 계측 장치를 제공한다.
