REINFORCEMENT DEVICE FOR OLD PIPE METHOD AND SYSTEM THEREOF

One embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, a method, and a system for reconditioning and reinforcing old pipes. The apparatus for reconditioning and reinforcing old pipes according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a device main body having a central part provided with a plurality of interconnected body plates; a device holder provided on each body plate of the device main body to secure the device main body to a pipe; a rotating body rotatably coupled to the central part of the device main body; a friction stirrer that is coupled to the rotating body to enable linear movement and frictionally stirs a joint part of the pipes; a linear drive part located on the rotating body to move the friction stirrer in a straight line; and a rotary driving part located in the device main body to rotate the rotating body, thereby capable of preventing pipe leaks due to aging pipes. 본 발명의 일 실시 예는 노후관의 재생보강장치, 방법, 및 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 노후관의 재생보강장치는 중앙부가 상호 연결된 복수의 바디판으로 마련되는 장치본체; 장치본체의 각각의 바디판에 마련되어 장치본체를 배관에 고정시키는 장치홀더; 장치본체의 중앙부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전바디; 회전바디에 선형 이동 가능하게 결합되며, 배관의 이음부를 마찰 교반하는 마찰 교반기; 회전바디에 위치하여 마찰 교반기를 직선 이동시키는 직선 구동부; 및 장치본체에 위치하여 회전바디를 회전시키는 회전 구동부를 포함한다.
