Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electroluminescent liquid dielectric applied to an electroluminescent actuator and an electroluminescent actuator using the same. The manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: (a) coating the surface of the electroluminescent powder with silica to produce a silica-coated electroluminescent powder; and (b) manufacturing the electroluminescent liquid dielectric by adding the silica-coated electroluminescent powder to the liquid dielectric.
