Zusammenfassung:A purification process is employed to remove off-flavor contaminants from fish through an advanced oxidation process. Before fish are harvested, fishes are delivered to a purification tank or section that holds the water. Off-flavor compounds leach from the fish's tissues into the water in the purification tank or area.
