Zusammenfassung:Provided are an indoor positioning system and a method using multiple beacons of multiple frequencies for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a positioning system includes: a beacon set consisting of beacons installed at different locations at the internal top of a tunnel and each transmitting a beacon signal; and a synchronizer which synchronizes the beacon transmission timing of the beacons which make up the beacon set. As a result, it is possible to accurately determine a lane in which the vehicle is located by utilizing the beacon signals transmitted from the beacons installed at the top of each lane inside the tunnel. 다중 주파수의 다중 비콘을 이용한 자차 실내 측위 시스템 및 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 측위 시스템은, 터널 내부 상단의 서로 다른 위치에 설치되어 비콘 신호를 각각 송신하는 비콘들로 구성된 비콘 세트 및 비콘 세트를 구성하는 비콘들의 비콘 송신 타이밍을 동기화시키는 동기화기를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 터널 내에서 차선 상단 마다 설치된 비콘들에서 송신되는 비콘 신호들을 활용하여, 차량이 위치한 차선을 정확하게 파악할 수 있게 된다.
