Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an electric cardiopulmonary resuscitation device capable of compressing a main body to a cardiopulmonary resuscitation compressing part of a patient regardless of chest thickness of the patient by extending or reducing a main body support for supporting the main body having a compressing unit, or forwardly and backwardly moving the main body on the main body support; and adjusting the compressing part without moving the patient. The electric cardiopulmonary resuscitation device of the present invention extends and reduces the main body support by comprising: an upper part of a main body support; a lower part of a main body support; and a lever unit. The upper part of a main body support is positioned in an upper part of the main body support, includes: an upper plate unit and a side plate unit which is connected to left and right sides of the upper plate unit, and includes a through-hole of a leg unit inside the side plate unit. The lower part of a main body support includes the leg unit, allows one end of the leg unit to be connected to one end of a back plate unit, and allows the other end to be inserted into the through-hole of a leg unit. The lever unit is provided on an upper surface of the side plate unit, locks the leg unit to be fixed to a predetermined position in the through-hole of a leg unit, or moves upwardly and downwardly by releasing the locking. When a handle unit of the lever unit is pressed, since a movement preventing unit is lifted by a hinge combining unit of the lever unit to be separated from the leg unit, the leg unit moves upwardly and downwardly in the through-hole of a leg unit.
