Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a beamforming device for a MIMO system having an RA-ADC and a method thereof, which can allow an analog beamformer to select the number of RA-ADCs corresponding to the number of user terminals transmitting signals regardless of the number of signal paths and transfer a power-concentrated receiving signal to the selected RA-ADCs so as to allow the selected RA-ADCs to have high resolution, thereby minimizing quantization errors while maximally maintaining a power gain of the receiving signal. 본 발명은 아날로그 빔포머가 신호 경로의 수에 무관하게 신호를 전송하는 사용자 단말의 수에 대응하는 개수의 RA-ADC를 선택하고, 선택된 RA-ADC에 파워가 집중된 수신 신호를 전달하여, 선택된 RA-ADC가 높은 분해능을 가질수 있도록 함으로써, 수신 신호의 파워 이득을 최대한 유지하면서 양자화 오차를 최소화시킬 수 있는 RA-ADC를 갖는 MIMO 시스템을 위한 빔포밍 장치 및 방법을 제공한다.
