The aluminum alloy is formed by adding pure aluminum or 1000-series aluminum alloy to aluminum scrap, and the composition of the aluminum alloy contains 7.0 wt% to 9.0 wt% of Si, 0.4 wt% to 1.2 wt% of Fe, 0.5 wt% to 2.0 wt% of Cu, 0.001 wt% to 0.45 wt% of Mn, 0.001 wt% to 0.25 wt% of Mg, 0.001 wt% to 1.0 wt% of Zn, and the balance of Al and other inevitable impurities. Thus, the present invention can provide the method for manufacturing die casting aluminum alloy that is easy to use commercially without using expensive metal.
본 발명은 다이캐스팅 알루미늄 합금의 제조방법으로서, 상기 알루미늄 합금은 알루미늄 스크랩(scrap)에 순수 알루미늄(pure Al) 또는 1000계 알루미늄 합금을 첨가하여 형성되며, 상기 알루미늄 합금의 조성은, 7.0wt% 내지 9.0wt%의 Si, 0.4wt% 내지 1.2wt%의 Fe, 0.5wt% 내지 2.0wt%의 Cu, 0.001wt% 내지 0.45wt%의 Mn, 0.001wt% 내지 0.25wt%의 Mg, 0.001wt% 내지 1.0wt%의 Zn을 함유하고, 잔부가 Al 및 기타 불가피 불순물을 포함할 수 있다. |
