The method for manufacturing the ozone-containing luminol salt according to the present invention includes the following steps: a) adding an alkali metal hydroxide to a dispersion in which luminol is dispersed; and b) adding water and refluxing to obtain a luminol alkali metal salt represented by chemical formula 1.
