Zusammenfassung:Provided is an artificial intelligence-based sleep stage detection method using brain waves. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sleep stage detection method includes the steps of: measuring an EEG signal; segmenting the measured EEG signal into certain time units; converting each segmented EEG signal into two-dimensional image data; and inferring sleep stages from the converted 2D image data. As a result, the present invention uses an artificial intelligence model to detect relatively accurate sleep stages without a doctor's diagnosis. 뇌파를 통한 인공지능 기반 수면단계 검출 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수면단계 검출 방법은, EEG 신호를 측정하고, 측정된 EEG 신호를 일정 시간 단위로 분할하며, 분할한 각 EEG 신호들을 2차원 이미지 데이터들로 변환하고, 변환된 2차원 이미지 데이터들로부터 수면단계를 추론한다. 이에 의해, 인공지능 모델을 이용하여 의사의 진단 없이도 비교적 정확한 수면단계를 검출할 수 있게 된다.
