Zusammenfassung:The present invention is to provide an air conditioner piping system and a manufacturing method thereof that can provide lightweight and vibration insulation effects as well as minimize pressure loss of refrigerant fluid. The air conditioner piping system of the present invention comprises: a refrigerant pipe made of plastic material and providing fluid flow between components constituting an air conditioning system; at least one connection flange made of the plastic material and providing a connection between the refrigerant pipe and the components constituting the air conditioning system; and at least one charging port made of the plastic material and provided with a charging valve for injecting refrigerant into the refrigerant pipe. 본 발명의 에어컨 배관 시스템은 플라스틱 재질로 형성되며, 에어컨 시스템을 구성하는 부품들 사이의 유체 흐름을 제공하는 냉매파이프; 상기 플라스틱 재질로 형성되며, 상기 냉매파이프와 상기 에어컨 시스템을 구성하는 부품들 간의 연결을 제공하는 적어도 하나의 연결 플랜지; 및 상기 플라스틱 재질로 형성되며, 상기 냉매파이프의 내부로 냉매를 주입하기 위한 충전밸브가 구비되는 적어도 하나의 충전포트를 포함한다.
