Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a power generating device using a metal-air battery capable of stable power generation, which enables a plurality of metal-air batteries to stably circulate an electrolyte while fixing the metal-air batteries so as not to move and checks power generated in the metal-air batteries to manage stable power generation. The power generating device of the present invention comprises: a support member (100) having a top where an electrolyte replenishment member (400) is fixed, a bottom where a by-product filtering member (500) is fixed, and a center where a plurality of metal-air batteries (10) are fixed; an electrolyte replenishment member (400) supplying an electrolyte to the metal-air batteries (10); a by-product filtering member (500) capturing and filtering the by-products discharged from the metal-air batteries (10) and recirculating the same to an electrolyte supply member (200); an electrolyte supply member (200) supplying the electrolyte of the electrolyte replenishment member (400) to an electrolyte inlet (11) of the metal-air battery (10) mounted on the support member (100); a by-product discharge member (300) installed at a position corresponding to a by-product outlet (12) of the metal-air battery (10) mounted on the support member (100) to provide the by-products discharged from the metal-air battery (10) to the by-product filtering member (500); and a current check member (600) measuring a current value generated by the metal-air batteries installed on a metal-air battery support portion (130) on each layer to notify an external manager or a management center.
본 발명은 다수개의 금속공기전지를 움직이지 않도록 고정한 상태에서 안정적으로 전해질을 순환시킬 수 있도록 하고, 금속공기전지에서 생성된 전력을 확인하여 안정적인 전력생산을 관리할 수 있는 안정적인 전력생산이 가능한 금속공기전지를 이용한 전력발생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주요구성은 최상단에 전해질 보충부재(400)가 고정되고, 최하단에 부산물 필터링부재(500)가 고정되며 중앙에 다수개의 금속공기전지(10)가 고정되는 지지부재(100)와, 금속공기전지(10)로 전해질을 공급하는 전해질 보충부재(400)와, 금속공기전지(10)에서 배출되는 부산물을 포집하여 필터링하고 전해질 공급부재(200)로 재순환시키는 부산물 필터링부재(500)와, 지지부재(100)에 장착되는 금속공기전지(10)의 전해질 유입구(11)에 전해질 보충부재(400)의 전해질을 공급하는 전해질 공급부재(200)와, 지지부재(100)에 장착되는 금속공기전지(10)의 부산물 배출구(12)에 대응되는 위치에 설치되어 금속공기전지(10)에서 배출되는 부산물을 부산물 필터링부재(500)로 제공하는 부산물 배출부재(300)와, 각층의 금속공기전지 지지부(130)에 설치된 금속공기전지에서 생성된 전류값을 측정하여 외부의 관리자 또는 관리센터로 통지하는 전류확인부재(600)를 포함한다. |
