Zusammenfassung: | An electric compressor is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in an electric compressor, the depth of a first groove formed in an oil separation unit increases as the distance from a discharge hole along the rotation direction of refrigerant increases, thereby separating the oil contained in the refrigerant. In the present embodiments, when forming a rear housing by casting, an oil separator can be formed through an oil separation structure forming means, which can lead to convenience in manufacturing and cost reduction by eliminating the drilling process.
